Hi, I'm Bharat. Welcome to my corner of the internet, where I share stories from my life and the bold perspectives that guide me.

I've spent my career as an engineering leader across various industries, including e-commerce, media, and trend forecasting. And through this, I've learned the type of rare, hard-earned lessons one can only gain through experience.

Alongside that, I'm deeply passionate about helping students into careers in science and technology, primarily through FIRST robotics. Over the past 2 decades, I've hosted countless events across the US, Australia, Mexico, Turkiye, and even helped orchestrate several world championships with over 35k participants.

And most meaningfully, having grown up across 3 continents, I'm at least a 4th-culture kid, which means I'm constantly exploring what it means to belong and to seek deeper connections with people, culture, and society.
